Do That Thing You Did in 2008 Again - Even If It Failed

2009target2I've covered December 2006 and December 2007.  Now - December 2008.  

This one I like because it hits very close to home.  Too often I look at efforts as "binary" - either they worked or they didn't.  The fact is that your efforts and initiatives are rarely binary.  There is a lot of gray in there... nothing is every black or white.
