I wanted to give you all something to review before you launch into the 2011 incentive season.  Something to compare your current plans to, and something that may make you change a few things.

So I revised and reprised a document I published almost three years ago - The Incentive Manifesto - Updated for 2010 (which means I fixed some typos and rearranged a few things.)
