One of the driving forces behind I2I and our approach to business is to give more than we receive. We believe in Karma.
We give now… we’ll get later. And, we’ve been giving – and we’ve been getting. So the strategy is working.
Balance is a Tricky Thing
But… as our audience has grown so have the calls and emails asking, in an informal way, our opinion of different reward strategies. And we’ve been answering them. We’re sure it’s a result of our honest and transparent discussion about what really will move the needle with your audience, rather than us just trying to sell you all “stuff.”
The problem is we’re getting a bit out of whack on the giving/getting scale. With all the requests for advice we can’t give our attention to clients who are paying for that advice. We need to balance it up a bit without violating a core belief of helping as many people as possible and continuing the conversation and connection with our audience.
We want to have those discussions and we want to continue to build relationships – but we don’t want to end up a non-profit by default. We still want to keep the doors open and we want everyone to get a clear, honest answer to their questions. ‘Cuz that’s our DNA.
The I2I Seal of Approval
So we’ve created a way for our audience to engage with us – get the advice they need and keep the scales of Karma somewhat in balance. We’ve created the I2I Seal of Approval.
You can read more about it here on this page – but in its basic form it is…
A 10-Point Inspection of your current or planned reward strategy, delivered in 48 hours, with a reasonable price of $499.
For that price we will analyze your program across 10 different criteria – and provide a PDF analysis within 48 hours. The kicker is YOU DON’T PAY UNLESS YOU’RE HAPPY.
That’s right. Risk-free advice on your program or strategy.
A Little For A Lot
The I2I Seal of Approval represents a
0.37% investment to make sure you've spent $135,000 correctly.
You wouldn’t buy a $150,000 house without an inspection would you? Why buy a $135,000 program without one?
We think that’s money well-spent.
Great Advice - Low Price - Fast Service...and Balance in the Karmic World
We feel that this is a great way for us to make sure we continue to get great conversations started, meet your needs and keep the wolf from the door. Our risk-free guarantee allows you to review the analysis and make the decision – Thumbs up or thumbs down.
Obviously, we want all thumbs up but we know there could be potential disconnects on expectations and all we ask is that you allow us to address them. Either you’ll feel we earned the $499 or you won’t. No repercussion, no issues, no arguments.
Like it, pay us. Don’t like it, allow us to recover or just walk away.
You own the purse-strings.
You decide.
Jump to the description of our offer here. Take a look and if it is helpful – connect with us and get the truthful answers you need to design a much, much better program.
Input Wanted and Appreciated
After you’ve reviewed the offer let us know if this is a bad idea or a good one. We will bend to the will of the people but we think it’s a great way to meet in the middle and have everyone walk away happier and better for the conversation.
Please weigh in. Thanks to all our clients, subscribers and supporters. We couldn’t have done anything without all of you.
500 bucks? i think it's too much?

Is that a question or a comment? Or is this your way of linking to get people to go to your site? Poor use of social media.

Dear Paul,
Does it mean that this blog in the form it used to be before is coming to an end?

Not at all. We will continue to post and discuss the issues that drive behavior in an organization right here at Incentive Intelligence. We just needed to create a fast and easy way for end users, incentive companies and others to get an unbiased review of specific programs they may be planning or want to change.
The blog will continue - heck, we'd probably do it if we had no clients! We enjoy the conversation that much. The 10-Point Inspection is just a more formal way to get great advice and document it. I'm sure the input we get for the inspections will make for some great blog fodder at different points as well.
Appreciate the concern but you can't get rid of us that easily!
