Times are tough in the economy - no more so than in the incentive industry. This month on the Incentive Magazine website our article takes the incentive industry to task. Too often when things get tough companies hunker down and wait for things to change. Management takes steps to "reduce the pain" through layoffs and cost-cutting. We think now is the time for risk-taking and experiments.
