Saw this on twitter the other day... "Today we got our employee incentive program (6 day's pay) and announcement that there would be 10,000 layoffs. hope to make it." Who was the genius behind this? No one thought that there might, just might be problem with awarding the incentive the same day they announce layoffs? No one? Really? I dedicate this to you who made the decision... |
Yeah, that plan could have definitely used a second look. "Here's an incentive to keep doing great work for our company, but you may only be working for us until next Friday." Huh?
