More Plugs - Again!

Plugssmall Just to keep you all in the loop I have some more stuff published in the newest issue of HR Management. Their site is: www.hrmreport.com.

The message in the online article was that as companies look at spending on strategic infrastructure technologies and systems, they should also consider the "human" side of the equation. Too often companies only consider the cost of the software and software/hardware maintenance in their calculations. Putting simple training and reinforcement tactics in place will increase the adoption rate and ultimately the return on the overall investment.

In the hard-copy issue I also have short piece on page 15 entitled "Your Real Competitive Advantage." The article in the magazine doesn't reference me (a discussion for the publisher) but here's a link to the article in PDF for anyone who wants to look at it.
